Peau Essentials Refund and Returns Policy

At Peau Essentials (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchases. We understand that sometimes products may not work out as planned. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return unwanted or damaged items.
Returns:
We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 2 days of purchase or getting the products . To initiate a return, please contact us here with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original, unopened condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs for the return will not be refunded.
Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used items
- Items purchased more than 3 days ago
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Free gifts or promotional items
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like a different product, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.
Damages:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
Nigerian Consumer Protection:
This Refund and Returns Policy is in accordance with Nigerian consumer protection laws. You may have additional rights under the law, and this Policy does not limit those rights.
